Jenny Huynh
After obtaining her bachelor’s degree in political science from Georgia State University, Jenny completed law school at the University of Tulsa in 2004 and was admitted to the Georgia State Bar in 2005. Jenny’s early career exposed her to various legal prac-tice areas including real estate, bankruptcy, business, family, criminal, and personal in-jury law.
Inspired by her immigrant parents' small business journey and desiring flexibility to raise a family, Jenny started her own law firm focused on business law and personal injury in 2010. Now almost 15 years later, business leaders and entrepreneurs from a variety of industries rely on Jenny for effective and personalized legal representation to help them accomplish their goals. Her distinguished track record of success has made her the go to attorney for individuals and families who have been injured in an accident.
Jenny and her husband Jason reside in Tucker with their two sons. She enjoys cooking family meals from scratch and anything and everything outdoors, including rock climbing, biking, and hiking.
Kevin Doan
Growing up in Gwinnett County shaped how I practice law. This is home, and I take it personally when neighbors, families, and local businesses need an advocate. After graduating from Georgia State University, I earned my law degree at St. Thomas University in Miami, always planning to return, serve my city, and stand up in court when it matters.
I focus on Personal Injury and Business Law with a litigation-driven practice. I take depositions, argue motions, prepare cases for trial, and try cases when a fair result requires it. Whether a collision has disrupted a family’s life or a contract dispute threatens a small business, I build the record, press for accountability, and keep cases moving forward.
As the son of Vietnamese immigrants, I speak Vietnamese fluently and understand the challenges of navigating complex systems as a minority. My mission is to serve underrepresented communities and ensure they have a fair standing before the court.
Service continues beyond the courthouse. Our firm brings Know Your Rights programs and small-business contract workshops to neighborhoods across Atlanta and the Metro Atlanta area. I also provide Vietnamese language support so families and entrepreneurs can access legal help without barriers.
